Steph Twyord-Rigley first became known for the short films she would write, direct, design, shoot, star in, and edit as a one woman crew under the name Part Time Hooligan (PTH).

This collection of short dark comedies was featured on international Virgin America flights, screened internationally, available on Amazon Prime Video, and won Steph The Lifetime Achievement Award through Terminus Film Fest. 

Part Time Hooligan later became the name of her award-winning production company under
which she creates music videos, tv pilots, and soon, feature length films.
